Eyecom Pro-7000 is a microcomputer based self contained, device
about the size of a cable box. It captures the images from the video cameras
in real-time, digitizes and compresses them frame-by-frame, and then transfers
them through the Internet, Ethernet or Point to Point Protocol (PPP) direct
dial-in connection. End users easily view the images on their PC by using
a modem and their favorite Internet browser. |

products currently on the market require a full-blown PC running proprietary
software, and installation is cumbersome. Eyecom Pro-7000 has all
the hardware and software built-in as a server, all contained in a small
